Mint Smartwash is one of the best car washes I’ve been to! The entire experience is smooth from start to finish. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional—whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular member, they treat everyone with care and respect.nnThe automated wash itself does a great job—my car always comes out looking shiny and fresh. I really appreciate the free vacuums and mat washers too; they’re a great bonus that makes it easy to give your car a full clean inside and out.nnOn top of that, it’s awesome knowing they recycle most of their water and care about the environment. You can tell they’ve put real thought into both service and sustainability.nnHighly recommend Mint Smartwash to anyone looking for a reliable, fast, and friendly car wash experience!

If you an an old car with paint that is not so mint anymore, yeah this car wash of good for a quick wash to wash out those winter salt. It's a fast drive thru car wash but they do scratch or leave marking on your paint. Not really a clean car wash, missed a lot of spots. I would rate 7/10. It worth it if they offer cheaper price promotion. Yeah, so if u for a new car with good paint, go to a touchless car wash during cool season and if u got a heated parkade. During summer itime, just hand wash your car with clean cloth. To save the paint.

I hate to post a negative review but I have to this time due to the bad experience we had and in case someone needs to see this prior to getting any service at this business location.nnMy husband went for a carwash at the Mint Argyll location on February 11, 2025 and our 1 year old vehicle ended up with scratches all over the body as seen on the attached photos. It is super noticeable as the front of our vehicle has a paint protection for the sole purpose of protecting from the Alberta weather and location risks. This was his first time at this location but had previous Mint car wash done at Calgary with no issues or problem at all. He went up to the staff on location that night and he was told that the staff will bring the concern up to a manager and we will hear back in 1-2 weeks. This is where it goes downhill as far as customer service.nnFirst, when my husband followed up at the 1 week mark, he was told that they will just be reviewing the footage at that time. We got the impression that if we did not call, they will not be starting the investigation?!nnSecond, the General Manager at that location responded with an initial evaluation that the damages were “small scratches” based on their footage and advised us of their decision that they will not be taking responsibility for the damages. At this time, we already went to our dealership to consult, and they already gave us a quoation of around $800 excl. taxes for a 7-8 hrs of work to get the scratches fixed. We responded to the General Manager with this additional info as well as the photos below in hopes that they will understand the severity of the damages done on our vehicle. Yet, for a second time around, we were declined assistance and reimbursement for damages.nnOur complaint went up to the Area Manager as per our request on February 19, 2025, with no response at all up to the date of this review, March 10, 2025. With all the evidence and facts given to them, we were hoping to be reimbursed for the damages but none were provided. This is a very disappointing experience and we will not be coming back to this location.

Expensive and doesn't do a good job. Had to immediately take my truck to another wash. Didn't get the base package either, for $25 I'd expect it spotless.

I took my car to the car wash and was very happy with the results. The process was quick, the car came out very clean, and the service was high quality. I especially want to congratulate Jhon Arley, who assisted me with kindness and professionalism. It’s clear that he does his job with dedication and commitment.nnThank you for the excellent service. 100% recommended!
