Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment times are respected which means short waits to see the Dr. Great with kids and adults and they work as a team.

I can never get through to this clinic. And if I do I wait a hour to speak with someone. Appointments are booked a month or longer away even if needed right away. Just unprofessional overall and they obviously too many clients and they don’t really care about their patients.

They are a wonderful bunch here. Always treated me very good. Dr. Hepting is on the ball and thorough. Also quite empathetic with her patients. We are blessed to have these educated individuals helping us. Keep up the great work!

Dr Paste and his colleagues are amazing. He saved my husbands life, has seen us through while dealing a life threatening illness, he calls to check up while going through treatment and his nurses and staff have always been kind, compassionate, caring most importantly professional. I do not understand how there are negative reviews, I am a firm believer that you get what you give. They have always promptly booked appointments, sent us reminders, helped us with a lot of confusing paperwork, gave us samples, and helped in any way, shape, or form. Please, you have to remember that these are people like you and I - they do not move at your command. I am sure they book appointments in according to severity and nature of the illness and why you need to be seen. Thank you Dr. Pastre, your nurses and your medical team for taking such amazing care of our family.

Very professional and caring doctor. The clinic unfortunately is never open when you need it, rarely answers the phone, never updates online open hours and requires an appointment which means driving to the clinic when they are open and then going back again a week later at which point you're likely already better if you were sick. I would give 5 stars if the doctor was actually available when needed.

I love this clinic and Dr. Hepting is great! No nonsense, to the point, not a time waster. This is a busy place, receptionists/secretaries have a lot of work, respect that. Sometimes you get what you give. They get the job done and that's what I am grateful for!

Receptionists are friendly. Always a smile on their faces. Dr. Trebb is an amazing Doctor. Always takes his time to answer your questions. Nurses are also friendly. Can't ask for a better place to go!

Dr.Trebb is an amazing doctor! But the secretaries are aboslutely horrible. They are rude, leave you on hold forever, are not good with customers at all. They make me not want to go to that clinic as they make it just a negative environment. Get rid of those secretaries and get people who want to work there. Other than that, amazing doctors and nurses they are great with people of all ages!

Dr. Pastre is a wonderful doctor. He is kind and compassionate and also great in a critical situation. He makes himself available and always takes concerns seriously. He's a great family physician.

Dr Trebb is an amazing Dr!!!! I'd rate him more than 5 stars!!!! And BTW the secretaries and nurses are all amazing too!!! : I'm so happy I found them!
