The staff was friendly and the play areas were a lot of fun for my granddaughters to explore. They enjoyed the castle and energy areas. It was clean and a safe place with a goid variety of hands on activities to explore. We spent 4 hours there with lunch in between. Can't wait to go back to see the Clifford exhibit!
Small and friendly, but interesting for a three year old who is still learning what she likes the best. For kids eight and older, this little satellite is probably not as interesting any longer, once they've been here once or twice. But for younger kids, it's great. Rarely crowded, usually very accessible for free play.
Went with grandson on field trip. Thought it was pretty good. They do a lot with power or electricity. The kids loved it.
It's great with larger groups. A little sad if your kid is the only one there. Definitely worth a look if you have a group of 3 or more. There are mice and fish here. Display could be better. Overall I would take groups of kids here. Would visit again.
My children, my wife and I spend several days a week here. They have great programs and the exhibits seem to entertain them endlessly. The staff is top notch and friendly, too!
This is such a great place to take my kids. We have fun and learn something new every time. I recommend if you have kids to take them often to see what's new.
The museum was much smaller than expected, but my 5 year old still had a blast and was refusing to leave, so that's all that matters! They had a medieval castle theme in most of the displays. The staff was helpful in explaining different facts about each display.
Why do they charge admission for adults? That's crooked. It's not like this is a museum for adults. We just stand there watching our kids. The Childrens Museum in Mankato doesn't charge adults, and they are infinitely better!
Simple and small, but very fun. Definitely geared towards kids 7 and under.
Clean and inviting space with very helpful employees! What a great "branch" museum
