"Business started out with one smaller mobile unit and has grown to four units over the years. Recipes, and flavors have all been perfected over the years as well. We don't use any high fructose corn syrup. We are very thankful for all of our friends, family, and business relationships we have formed over the years. Most importantly, we are very grateful for our fans. Without them, we wouldn't be here.Our units go to fairs and festivals every week. We also cater any event small to large, corporate functions, school activities, bar mitzvahs and more. Absolutely love this place! One of my favorite stops at the Minnesota State State Fair! Fluffy ice with amazing flavors just like I had in Hawaii. They also cater private events!
Jason and crew were fantastic! They set up their very cool eye catching attractive trailer for an end of year party for us. They were easy and fun to work with and great with guests! The shave ice is delicious!! I would definitely recommend Minnesnowii to anyone and everyone!
My son and I asked our favorite fair treat, Minnesnowii, to come out to our housing community for a midweek treat and they were awesome! The booking was easy, the workers were very welcoming and the shaved ice tasted wonderful on the hot summer day. I love the plethora of flavors they offer so we can have a different combination every time. Thank you again! We cannot wait to have Minnesnowii out for another round!
Great customer service! Everyone is very welcoming and makes it a great family experience. The shave ice is also really good, you can tell that they take the time to make each cup perfect while still going fast. The Hawaiian sunrise tastes amazing and looks beautiful too… definitely my favorite combo. This place is the best around!

I can not express enough of how pleased we were with Minnesnowii Shaved Ice after having them to our home 2yrs ago for my sons graduation party! It was the hit of the party, all of our guests enjoyed this unique experience not found at every party. The kids loved it and some of the adults even created an adult version of the shaved ice...if you know what I mean this is not just for kids. My neighbors were curious and stopped by to see the booth. I would highly recommend bringing Minnesnowii to your next event, the staff arrived early and were very professional. We even paid them extra to stay a little late as everyone was enjoying the shaved ice and all of the fabulous flavors they had to offer...... 5 star rating for this family! Great service. Delicious shave ice. Excellent communication. Efficient booking. Flexible options. I booked Minnesnowii for a Hawaiian Luau event at a childcare center. Jason was flexible and made a smaller serving size for the children. He brought the wheeled cart to the event. He and his assistant played the part and dressed with leis. Everything was seamless and the children enjoyed the treat! I recommend for your special event!
Love Minnesnowii Shave Ice. I never liked "snow cones", but Jason said this is different. After 3 Blue Raspberry shave ices in a row, he was right! Always one of my first stops at the Minnesota State Fair and I follow them to a few county fairs as well.
We hired minnesnowii for our 4th of July BBQ. It was a huge hit! Everyone, from the kiddos to our parents had a personalized treat and a huge smile on their faces. Jason & his staff were punctual, friendly & professional. I can’t wait to hire them for our next party!
So good!!! I love shaved ice and recently discovered them. This is very fine, light shaved ice. It is different imo then other shaved ice but that’s a good thing!!! Nice, fluffy and very refreshing!! We have stalked them many times in the past year and we are always so excited! Love the creative flavors and colorful ness! Can’t wait for my next shaved ice!!!!
