My husband had an emergency and we made an appointment for him to go. The person who is driving had an emergency on their Farm and they were late getting there. They tried to explain the situation and the receptionist was very rude. My husband has a disability and a speech impediment. The receptionist laughed at him when he asked a question. She is very disrespectful. I find it very unprofessional to laugh at somebody who has a disability of any type. This was uncalled for.
