Minis-Moteurs L'assomption

Mini Moteurs is a Simoniz parts and service provider. When I tried to buy parts for my pressure washer, the owner was arrogant, verbally abusive, impolite and does not respect me at all. Moreover, service was horrible. This is my worst buying experience ever! I don't understand how this business can still be open. I definitely do not recommend it. Please avoid doing business with this place.

Walked in for a part replacement for my Rigid power tool. I received an excellent greeting from the store owner and was provided how-to information to register my product correctly and receive my free replacement part. All smiles and the owner took all the time needed to make sure I could get what I needed without any charges.

This business is a parts provider for Simoniz. I called for parts for my pressure washer and was treated by a horribly impatient, arrogant and belligerent man who is the owner/operator. This person thinks he can do whatever comes to mind because it is his store; he became verbally and physically abusive during parts pickup.

Proprio grossier qui manque de respect a ses clients il ma dit de changer de souffleuse parce qu'elle n'avait plus de numéro de série la souffleuse c'est une craftman 1991... Sa fini que j'ai changé de souffleuse mais j'aurais jamais acheté une neuve avec lui. Manque de professionnalisme et de politesse je suis surpris qu'il est encore ouvert.

Regarder bien tous les commentaires avant d'y aller, et les 2 ou 3 qui ont données 5 étoiles sont de la famille ou des employés, si vous voulez vous faire voler ... Ils vous attendent de pieds ferme
