Absolutely butchered my 18months old first hair cut. He had long beautiful hair. Now it's a short choppy disaster. Would never ever go back. We saw Farah and she just snipped away as fast as she could for 5 minutes. I asked if I had time to yse the washroom before starting and she said yes. Next thing I hear is my son screaming and she's using the clippers to take all his long hair away. I wanted a trim. She just did whatever she wanted. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Made an appointment for a first haircut, got in the door and was told she will be late and then we're asked to wait while visibly making plans to cut another woman's hair who does not have an appointment. Extremely unimpressed with the service and will not be going back. We left without even getting a haircut.

We came to get my toddler a hair cut. It takes 10-15 minutes at our normal barber down the street. We were literally the only customers in the building, every seat was empty, and the lady had the gall to tell us they were too busy and that we should come back in a few hours. We will not be returning.

Minimod is always there to cut our kids hair. I would recommend that you have a reservation especially if you are thinking about going closer to lunchtime. That being said my wife and I have gone numerous times without reservations and always found a way to fit us in quickly. They also have a play area for kids that is great when you have more than one little rascal getting their hair done.

Lovely ladies, so nice and so talented. They were extra careful and are at ease with kids, it shows. Prices are a bit high but the quality of the service is reflected. They even do eyebrow threading for adults and other services i wasn't aware of, great place.

My son always comes out of there with the worst haircut. Service is ok. I’ve been there 3 times. Maybe we just got unlucky but given the past few experiences we won’t come back.

I've been to Minimod in Vaudreuil several times with the kids 8yo girl & 6yo boy and have been extremely satisfied each and every time. Very nice staff who are great with the kids. I even got myself a trim!!

I went there with my kids took time to make appoiment.. and went get she didn't took our name down went we called .. second its was 545 and i saw 2 kids walk in with theire mother she run to close the door bcoz she didnt want to do them bcoz she closes at 6 ... and also at the she refuse to do my kids bcoz she said my kids eggs in theire hair .. I was ok took my kids to another salon they give me and excellent service ... I dont know if the lady is the owner but if she is she should just closed the store and stay home .. very rude attitude .. I would never return to that place again and also the pricing is very high for a poor service .. I went to another salon for both kiss they only charge me 23 dollars with hair wash option included ....
