This is absolutely an amazing place for both kids and parents to have fun, relax and enjoy! We had a chance to check out this indoor playground in York Region. This is a safe space for kids to play freely while parents can sit back and enjoy a nice meal. As a parent, appreciated that this place offers a safe environment with structured play area for kids - they promote the importance of balanced learning. Our family definitely enjoyed the time @minidokids - the place was clean, had a modern feel for an indoor playground, good food and excellent staff service.
The food tastes good. But it is not a healthy food in the exact sense. The space for children to play is limited. It is more suitable for children aged 1-3. Children over this age may need more projects with larger space activities. special point- The attitude of the service staff is very good.
5 Star Play Centre for Kids !!! The service, staff and owner are friendly, kind and ensure everyone is cared for. Hygiene is with the staff cleaning it every few minutes. Food is excellent unlike stereotypical places with the usual burger, fried and pizza. Finally an aesthetic pleasing, with great food, tea options, colours, safe and a beautiful montessori and a practical play area for kids. FYI: They also host birthday events with decor and event planner suggestion !
Seated at 1:30pm cause they were over booked and they close at 3:10pm. Quite disappointed with their food too. Service wasn’t bad except for the Asian guy who told us they’re closed rudely. This playground is meant for 2-4 years old children. Private room with big plushies was quite dangerous cause they had a random table and chair that could fall over at the top.
Is it a restaurant, or an indoor playground? This is what management needs to figure out in order to stay in business. My family visited on a weekday morning, assuming it was a playground with an admission fee $20/adult, $29/child but 2hrs into our visit, I was told otherwise. We were told we had pay the weekend holiday price which was $40/child! Although the $20/adult cover was waived, we were forced to pay $48/adult for the set brunch menu which consisted of an egg & tomato sandwich and a slice of cake that we had to get packed to go since our 3-hour time limit was up. They also did not give us the coffee/tea. For $96 we could’ve enjoyed a steak dinner at the keg. Pros: - socks are provided with kids admission - clean lockers available for use - Staff is very nice especially Maya. She went above and beyond to keep the kids entertained and provided a solution that management was incapable of offering over the phone. - The play areas are kept well. There are about 5 areas, with an infant room at the end of the hallway. My kids were entertained, despite being the only ones in the entire complex. - Washrooms are very clean, and they provide crocs outside to wear since no shoes are permitted. - Nursing room was comfortable, with Huggies wipes available to use. Cons: - expennnnnnnsive $$$$$ - no one answers the phone, don’t bother trying to get through - website needs to be updated with prices and policies. seeing as Dec 18-31st was considered the holiday season, the regular weekday/weekend prices should not be listed while booking the reservation. No wonder we were the only ones there. - the only mention of pricing was “set menu only”. Nowhere does it enforce having to order food and forego the adult admission. - had we known about the holiday pricing structure, we wouldn’t have ordered $15 nuggets and fries and a $15 French toast - kids aged 4+ will probably be bored quickly if they’re by themselves Would I visit again? Definitely not during the holidays. Unless you’re willing to pay over $240 after taxes and tips. I was told that regularly they don’t force you to order food which may make this a nice spot to get friends and their little ones together. Advice for management: - Revise the fee structure on your booking website - don’t enforce a $10 cancellation fee especially with Covid. this may force families with symptoms to visit - train the staff to reiterate the current prices of admission with the mandatory ordering of a set meal during the check in, not 2hrs into their booking. This would’ve made our trip much smoother.
Such a great place!!! They have it all, playground with baloon crate, pretend play store, book place, even costumes! Many tables and sitting places. Food is good. Separate room styled, not just plane room for birthdays. Very fun place!
The place was amazing! Large space for kids to spread out. The kids loved the ball pit and slides, but also the dress up and free play area. They also have a special room for kids under 2. The food also was amazing! I got fried chicken and wafflesthe waffles were croissants delicious!! It's also a really safe space, the door are locked so random people can't come in qnd kids can't open the doors on their own and leave. The balls are sanitized in a special machine 2 times a day. They shut down half day to santize everything. Will be back again!!
The service is so incredibly friendly and the play place is so much fun! The kids had a blast. The place is so well thought out, lots of really great details and everything is clean. The bathrooms were pristine and so well styled. The food is also really great quality and was delicious. Can’t wait to go back!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! It is the cutest and cleanest place we've ever been to. I was really impressed with the design of the play place and the staff were so friendly. They really thought about everything from infants to toddlers to young kids. They provide you with a safe and fun experience for the kids. We spend half the day here and my daughter had so much fun she did not want to leave. I also want to highlight that they sanitize everything unlike other places. The food was delicious and you have so many options to choose from. This is the best place to go for mommy play dates or if you have the opportunity to "work from home", just bring your work and your kids :
My kids LOVE this place! Employees are thought full and caring. Food are delicious. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice and clean playground which free up parents for couple hours! Totally worth it!
