The best place to eat in Cardston! Because of covid restrictions they offer take out food only. The ginger beef was delicious and came with a free order of rice as well as fortune cookies. The price is reasonable as one order fed 2+ people. I wish they offered deliveries. Will be returning again and again.

Had some great food from Mings take out...Only complaint that I have is the eggrolls were so burnt we couldnt eat them. Please dont make people pay for food that is burnt. Not fair to the customer to pay for something they cant eat.

Pretty decent buffet spread
So here's the thing, is Ming's the best Chinese food ever? No. But...the owner's are delightful, they work hard to keep their customer's happy and the value is excellent. Think about it, a weekend evening buffet is not much more than your local A&W...just saying. Family restaurants deserve local support.
Will visit again. Friendly staff and service was great. Enjoyed the food and so did my mom.
