The food here was great and decent sized portions! We had the sweet and sour chicken, they were nice, light and crispy! Sauce was good too. The thick noodles were with cabbage, excellent! Spicy green beans with pork and steamed rice went well together, the beans were perfectly cooked not soggy! The place was very clean and we had great service!
Dined in today. Got the salt and peppery tofu, shredded pork in spicy garlic sauce and stir fried beef in rice noodle. Decent portions for dine in. Everything was tasty. The server was the only one working in the late afternoon - she was very nice and did her best to attend to the customers. I’m glad I finally found a decent Chinese restaurant in Surrey!
This is an off shoot of Peaceful Restaurant. It’s small and “cozy”. Think there’s free off street parking. I tried the Beef Rolls but it didn’t light my fire. The House Special Wun Tun did. The 12 golf ball sized dumplings came with bbq pork, chicken, squid, and veggies. Coming up from Seattle makes it hard to frequently stop here. Being way east of Vancouver doesn’t help either. There’s lots more on the menu to try so I will be back. Parking: I parked across the street as I did not see the garage. Next time.
This restaurant was originally the Peace Restaurant. It became Ming Fung during spring 2023. The restaurant is nicely refreshed and renovated. I only did delivery and the food was decent. They fulfilled the order very quickly. Price and portion also reasonable.Food: 3/5
Have been here on several occasions for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to find a Chinese style restaurant hidden on 137 Street. The food came out quick and the portion sizes were much bigger than expected. The prices are also quite good in comparison for Chinese restaurants in Surrey. The restaurant looks to be family run and have quite a few Chinese styled interior decorations.
Yum yum yum .. Take out was well packaged with care and yes the food was so delicious. They hit all corners of yummy Chinese food so well. Will repeat for sure.
Update Sept 18: Family Meal for 3 portion is getting smaller now. Their price has increased too, $63.95 before taxes. They now also don't give fortune cookies for take out customer. Dissapointed. 5 star rating reduced to 3 stars because portion of the foods are not worth for the price.Food: 5/5
Good food and excelent service in one place. Got the dinner for two combo and had some leftover for take out after feasting on the mouthwatering food. Serving is generous and price is worth every penny.Food: 5/5
The food was delicious and the portions generous. Service was great. I posted a picture of the lunch special from my first visit. Just an update from my most recent visit over the weekend... they no longer include wonton soup as an option included with the lunch special. Only hot and sour and chicken corn soup.
So my mom ordered take out for my family, was a decent order but not huge 100$ but they added 2 dishes to the order! Great service, even to go, the food was very crispy still!! Best Chinese in townFood: 5/5
