My visit was less than commendable due to the service. Caitlin, our waitress, was entirely unenthusiastic, and passed our table a dozen times, stared directly at my empty glass and kept walking. This went on for fifteen minutes or so. She even approached our table (we were sitting at a tall table) where the glass was directly in her face; she never once asked if we would like a refill. The entire time she seemed to be avoiding us. Utterly displeased. Otherwise our table had to flag down a second waiter, Tyra, who did as we desired. Yet after she brought the new glass to the table is when our original waitress took away the obvious emptied glass.

I was told this was a must during our trip to Ft. Dodge. The menu is lacking for me, if you like pasta, it will be right up your alley. There is only 3 cuts of meat on the menu, and for the name Mill and Grill, I was expecting a steakhouse. I ordered a Reuben with sweet potato fries, and was very pleased with my plate. My family ordered Fish, Pasta, and a Steak. Good things said for pasta, fish and steak were not recommended by my family. I can't say as I didn't eat the food, but I take people at their word most times when it comes to food selection. Nice dining atmosphere, clean, and spacious. My suggestion..... work on menu, more steak!

We were staying at the Country Inn down the street and decidedly wandered here for dinner after reading the good reviews. Wow am I so glad we did! We're from Boston and the pasta aka Chicken Parmesan, Lasagna, Lemon Basil Shrimp, and Shrimp Fettuccine were to die for. My family ate it all after a long drive. It was good if not better than the North End in Boston at at least half the price. Service was A+ our waitress Jocelyn was very friendly and personable! Would highly recommend this non-chain Italian family restaurant to anyone passing by Fort Dodge for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed.

Good food but pretty pricey. Very limited menu. Wait staff seemed "prissy". Expect to wait at least a half hour or more during peak time. Don't want to wait? Go across the street to Applebees. You'll be served faster and have a cheaper bill. Oh ya, and twice the menu selection.

The food is awesome! The service was outstanding!! Our server, Fay, was absolutely the best!!!! They have an AWESOME honey mustard dill sauce that is freaking AWESOME
