When I decided to sell my home, I chose Rob Andress at MinCom because of the commission rate, which allowed me to make the most money possible from the sale. 
Rob was very accessible, professional, easy to deal with and able and willing to explain every little aspect of the sale process to me. He provided excellent advice on the presentation of my home, and made sure the house looked great in the ads and virtual tour.  
My house sold within the first month, and Rob then took on the job of helping me find my new home.  He placed me on an email list, matching homes with my criteria.  He patiently viewed several homes with  me, and when we found the right one, he walked me easily through a successful purchase process.
