Ferial is very professional and accommodating. they have a very easy online booking system and they are always on time, I never had to wait. Ferial does an amazing job in eyebrow threading. I never get abrasions here even though my skin is very sensitive. she does a great job at waxing, very quickly and without any bruising. I left a 5 star review before but after last Friday I’m never coming back. The hairdresser literally butchered my hair and i cried on the way home. She was absolutely absentminded and distracted and was rushing. I showed her a photo of how I want my hair done and she barely glanced at it. It was a photo of me right after she did my hair last time. I was very happy and wanted to recreate it. This time she cut my hair short, uneven on both sides and I look horrible. This is a week before my vacation. All I wanted is to trim my hair and I can’t even look at myself in the mirror. I don’t even know how to style this monstrosity. The owner offered me a refund when she saw that I was visibly upset, but it’s not about the money. I don’t want the money back. I would pay 100 times more to get my hair back. My summer hairstyle is ruined because the hair in the front is so short now that it won’t grow back fast enough. All because she was not paying attention and wasn’t even looking what she was doing. I’m done.

The best Salon I've ever been too. The most important thing is that they are clean. They make sure they clean the kit with alcohol after every client. The lady there is also super friendly and patient.

I go here routinely for eyebrow threading. Ferial does a great job. The best service I have got in Montreal. Getting an appointment is easy and the staff is very polite. Rates are reasonable too. Update- very reasonable rates for hair color.

Lovely owner! She's always so pleasant and willing to help you whichever way she can. The service I received was eyebrow threading, and she did an amazing job considering my eyesbrows are very uneven due to an accident I once had, but somehow she got them to match
