Delicious brunch spot. Spring Garden Skillet was super fresh and fluffy. I highly suggest getting it over the mimosa potatoes. The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. I went with the Shy One Mimosa and it was so orange and hit the spot. Service was outstanding. The Pulled Chicken Breast Melt sandwich was awesome too! Will be back !
This was a fun experience. Went with some friends in a Monday morning since none of us had to work. Got a pitcher of the shy mimosa so we could all have some and it was so tastyyyy! That was the cheapest mimosa and $27 a pitcher so if that one was good I’m sure the more expensive ones are good. They have a lot of gluten free options if that’s something you need. For those with cinnamon allergies, the crepes have cinnamon BUT the Belgian waffles do not server was attentive and helpful especially in regards to checking on ingredients for my deathly cinnamon allergic friend. The syrup was like a honey maple, it was a subtle sweet like honey without that in your face sugar maple flavor. We really liked it. Would definitely come here again!
My buddy took me here this morning. After hearing many good things about this place, I can definitely say I was not disappointed! Had the two eggs with bacon, the mimosa potatoes, and buttermilk pancakes. So delicious, especially the potatoes! Bright and clean atmosphere, and very quick and friendly service as well. Will definitely be back here!
Our first time visiting Mimosa after having been fans of the previous restaurant. The atmosphere is brighter and lighter, reminiscent of a sunny breakfast kitchen. Service is quite prompt and friendly. The menu includes vegetarian selections. There are sandwich selections in addition to the broad selection of breakfast items. Presentation of the food was nice and the food was fairly tasty. My guest had a steak and egg plate: the steak wont be ordered again as it had a gamey bite rather than a tastier more tender cut of meat. I had a veg eggs Benedict with breakfast potatoes: good, unremarkable. The prices are reasonable. Glad we finally tried Mimosa, but all in all not especially thinking of returning.
Visited this place while in town on a business trip. Very tasteful decor, great menu, great service. Ordered corned beef hash and it was very good. Coffee is very ordinary... I prefer something much stronger and / or espresso. Wish they had Sparkling water, too ....Topo Chico, Pelligrino, etc. All minor details and I would definitely come back.
The wait was a bit long. We joined the waitlist once our number got close we went in to check in. But there were a lot of people standing in the front. None were sure of where to check in. We waited a bit to see if the line would move or if the crowd were going to be seated soon. We finally seen a hostess and checked in with her. We were seated shortly. The food was good. I did expect the apple cinnamon French toast to be a bit more sauced and to taste more of the pecans I did expect the eggs to be more on the scrambled side. It was quite busy I am happy with the service we received.
Nice atmosphere inside. Breakfast was wonderful too. Smoked pecan waffles were flavorful along with 2 OM eggs and sausage. Sausage tasted a couple days old to me but overall a great experience to start my off day
Good brunch spot with the ability to make reservations ahead of time online to avoid long waits. The food was really good and I enjoyed the Mimosa potatoes that came with my omelet. The server only took our order and we never saw her again. A different person brought our drinks and we sat for quite a while until someone came to get us to go boxes and the check. The server walked by a few times and even made quick eye contact but never came back. Overall a good venue and will likely be back to try more items.
Mimosa is easily the best breakfast spot in Brookfield and the surrounding area. Everything is house-made with top quality local ingredients. Surprisingly, the mimosas are just ok, however, the Bloody Mary is phenomenal. If you are a fan of corned beef hash, you will not be disappointed; easily the best I’ve ever found. Service is top notch as well even when it’s packed.
Mimosa! This was a second option for us while we waited for other breakfast places. But after this visit it will definitely be one 1st option for breakfast/brunch!! We did have to wait for our table for 5 15-20mins but it was definitely worth it! I had the choricero with a side of chocolate Almberry pancakes both were so delicious! I will say the choricero was definitely filling it, and full of protein from chicken chorizo, pulled chicken, peppers eggs and the mimosa potatoes! I’d definitely recommend this places to others! I will say make reservations or get on the waitlist before going in! Thank you Mimosa staff for the food and service!! Gracias!!
