The absolute best Jersey Style boiled bagels. I had the sandwich with the lox, tomatoes capers and red onion. Amazing chew! The crumb cake is a cinnamon sugar flavor bomb. If we still lived in the area it would be a regular breakfast. Guess we will be traveling to Bend more often just to get Mimi’s bagels
Dense, chewy, no frills Bagels. These are legit, yall. If a real east coast bagel has ever graced your lips, you know the difference. Great service, great prices, bomb sandwiches, mountains of cream cheese. There are oodles of bagel types! I didn't try the crumb cake but holy cow it looked amazing and was a HUGE slice. Instead I got dessert for breakfast with a French toast bagel and the pumpkin cream cheese special. It was divine. Spouse got a meat filled sandwich that was so good and cheesy. Can't wait to come back.
As a Jersey native of 30 years and being in Oregon for 2, I have never been able to find any bagels that compare to back East. This little kitchen absolutely takes the cake!!! Their bagels are soft, fresh and full of flavor. They also have PORKROLL! This is something you should absolutely try because it will spark your taste buds and give you a new favorite breakfast meat. Not to mention, I haven't found another place out here that carries it. Go and get a sandwich please!!! You will not be sorry I truly wish I could give it 11 stars
The perfect quick weekend morning breakfast winner!! Highly recommend the Jersey Style bagel sandwich- a french toast bagel with pork roll, fried egg, cheese, and maple syrup on the side. So good!
We have been crying for real, New York/New Jersey bagels since we moved here 15 years ago. The baking heritage is evident in the product. Very well done; these bagels take me back to childhood when dad brought home a baker's dozen every Sunday. Delicious and the perfect texture. Thank you! We can finally look forward to bagels again! I hope we can all provide enough support for a brick and mortar bakery.
The best northeast bagel out of the northeast! These bagels remind me of home. So fresh & good with great vegan options too. And the staff is so lovely. Made my morning coming here!

Amazing breakfast option in Bend! Been there three times now and usually get one of their creative specials. So good and the nicest people. Don’t forget to add in their homemade crumb cake to the order.
Bagels are great if they have any. Figure out your margins and bake more bagels, hard to enjoy something that isn’t available. Multiple occasions have arrived at 11a open from 7a-noon and there are no bagels.
Finally got to try this spot and it was everything I had imagined! Killer bagel sandos and awesome customer service, highly recommend.
