We hosted a backyard wedding reception for our daughter and son-in-law in August and could not have been more pleased with Milton Tent Rental. I contacted Graham in February after viewing their site and booked based on sizes available for our backyard configuration. When weather permitted, Graham came out to measure, assess and prepare layout plan. On the day of the reception, we could not believe this was our backyard. We had the most perfect layout and setup. The staff were friendly, courteous and complimentary. Five months later, guests are still raving about it. I highly recommended Milton Tent Rental, they can transform ordinary into extraordinary!!!
Milton Tent Rental were great to work with for our outdoor wedding ceremony. They were very communicative, assisted us by sending photos and quotes, and adhered to the agreed times. While we spent a bit more than smaller rental companies, it paid off as they set up our arrangement beautifully, and arrived promptly for clean up. They also have quality liability insurance an issue when getting married in a city park. Equipment was in great condition and there was lots to choose from.
I have used Milton Tent Rental for the past several years for Corporate Picnics. Graham and the staff at Milton Tent Rental exceed my expectations every year. The customer service is fantastic! I have always found the installers to be happy, polite and efficient and always on time. The tents are clean and look great, the tables and chairs always are good quality and well maintained. I would 100% recommend to anyone to use Milton Tent rental.
I rented a 20 x 40 tent to accommodate 60 guests at a socially distanced family gathering in my backyard. Graham was awesome. He provided the perfect tent for our needs and set it up well ahead of our event. Lighting, tables, chairs and linens were all supplied with the tent. My family is so thankful to you guys for helping us get together and celebrate such an important occasion in a responsible way.

I had looked in a lot of places and they were the only ones that offered a package deal that included all of the necessary items for our wedding at a very reasonable rate. The owner Graham often answered my emails and calls personally. He and his staff were so accommodating and helpful throughout the planning stages. When it came down to the setup and take down of the tent his entire staff were helpful, professional, on time and efficient!! It was such a stress-free process!! Our wedding was planned in under four months and setting up a large tent in Waterloo required a lot of support and preparation. We were grateful for their expertise with the planning and set-up of the venue. Having access to an additional range of furnishings helped us look great while staying on budget.
