I had wonderful experience here yesterday and today. My car battery died on me twice while on the road and I needed an oil change. I was paired with KYLE ROBINSON and he was such a pleasure to work with. He not only assisted me, but explained to me what needed to be done, and what the next steps were. He called me a few hours prior to picking up my vehicle to let me know that my battery needed to be changed and inquired on whether or not I had transportation to get back to the dealership. They also ensured that after dropping my car off that I got an Uber to get to work. Every single employee I encountered was a pleasure to interact with. They were all so kind, and patient with me. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking quality service by a team that genuinely cares to assist you with your needs.nnThank you
I had bought a used corvette stingray from another private dealer and I wanted to make sure that my car was in good health and that I did not make a bad decision or buy someone else's problem they went above and beyond on my car and could say I confindely can recommend them to anyone looking keep there car in good shape will be going in again for sure
Poor customer service from salesman.nI put a deposit on an order May 6, 2024. During the following 50 days the only contact I had with the salesman was because he was answering a question I asked.nOn June 18, I asked what were the chances the order would be cancelled? The salemans told me there were no restrictions and that GM saw no reason it wouldnt be built.nThe 1st email i got from the salesman was June 26 telling me the order was cancelled.nSince I couldn't find what I wanted I'll probably try an order another truck next year...but it won't be from Mills Motors in Oshawa.nPaying over $80,000 obviously doesn't get you customer service from at least one salesman at Mills Motors in Oshawa.nDerek.
We have bought at least 5 brand new vehicles there. And get all oil changes, etc, done there. So after spending over $400,000 there, we still can't get a shuttle from Oshawa to Newcastle. They say it's too far they should take care of their customers better than that. Not very satisfying from a customer's standpoint
