The elevators on the north side have been down for forever, people with accessibility issues and strollers can’t get off the bus straight to the platform we have to go all the way around and take two elevators. It’s been more than 2 months now!
nice station that connects with the 53 and nearby 43/21 with pmall to burn time as you wait for the go train. however the pathways are sometimes not intuitive.
Train doesn’t come often but station is nice and clean. Should have more arrows and directions to direct passengers. The frequent train track change is very confusing, no arrows on the lane to indicate the change, only you get to the platform, find a screen you realize you are on the wrong side, should tell that down in the basement stairs hallway before passengers come up
Good timing station
Somewhat confusing if the trains are on both sides of the track or not, and needing to go underneath the overpass for all train trips is annoying.
