I called to request a business valuation. The conversation went like this. Answered phone, MILLER WACHMAN! Very short & curt. I introduced myself and asked to speak to someone about a business valuation. Responded GO FOR IT! or something close to that. Again very curt without providing name or any conversation. The person was a total turn-off on the phone. Needless to say I said good bye and hung up. Worst customer interface I have seen on this type of call. WOW!
