After being involved in a serious car accident, my social life was replaced with medical procedures and several months of physical therapy. I lost time and wages from work and my active lifestyle became much less active. This was all the result of another driver’s negligence. Having no experience with pain and suffering legal matters, I searched online for a local law firm and took a chance with Miller Embury. Nate met with me, explained the claim process, and took over while I focused on my recovery. All necessary evidence was obtained and an excellent demand letter was submitted on my behalf. After some brilliant negotiations, Nate convinced the insurance company to settle on the maximum amount under the negligent driver’s policy. He put a very positive ending on a very unfortunate accident, for which I am extremely grateful. I strongly recommend his professional legal representation.

Attorney NATHAN miller and his receptionist Debi were outstanding. I couldn’t ask for better communication, he walked me through the process and followed up after appointments. They are also very family friendly being a single mom my 5 & 6 year old were with me at various appointments. Debi and Nate were always very welcoming, respectful, and compassionate. I am so greatful that I chose their firm I couldn’t be more happy with the results and all within a timely manner.

I was treated with kindness as if I was a part of the family. During hard times, Mr. Embury is always there. He truly cares about his clients. The team at Miller Embury is thoughtful and helpful in any situation.

I Was involved in a on the job truck accident, which meant Ryann had to deal with auto insurance as well as work comp insurance. Can't say enough good things about the level of compassion and professionalism Ryann and the rest of the team gave me. Ryann always kept me in the loop on how my cases were progressing. I was very pleased with the settlements in both cases.

I went in to speak with an attorney about an accident I had been involved in. I didn't think that anything could have been done about the accident. I spoke with Ryann Embury and he handled everything perfectly. Ryann kept me updated on every step of the process and we settled for WAY MORE than I would have ever thought. THANKS RYANN.
