After working in the construction industry for almost 30 years, you still find brand new things to deal with when you start your own company for the first time. I had no clue where to start with setting up a bookkeeping system for my new business, but Brian Miller helped me get started. He set me up using a free cloud-based bookkeeping system from Wave Accounting, and has been teaching me how to use and understand the system. Brian is a good teacher, and Wave is a straightforward and manageable system for a novice like me. Since Brian is a small business owner too, he understood that I’m trying to keep start-up costs to a minimum, and customized his services to suit my situation. A small business needs to surround itself with other complementary businesses, and I feel fortunate to have a friendly and honest person like Brian Miller as part of my business team.
