Overall this hotel in beautiful in appearance. The room we had was a little dates and musty, but was still very clean and well stocked. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous. There were so many options. Now the real problem was that I chose this hotel for the free shuttle service to and from the hotel. I received an email weeks before telling me that the shuttle ran from 5am to midnight. We arrived around 2:30pm and there was no shuttle. So we waited for a while and still no shuttle. I then called the hotel and they told me " the shuttle doesn't run at this time. You will have to get a taxi." So I had to pay a taxi 20 euros to get to the hotel. When I was checking in I noticed their sign for the free shuttle. It showed that the shuttle only ran every hour starting at 5:45am and only until 1:45pm. So my only problem with this hotel was the difference between their email and what is actually happening with their shuttle service. So know that if you need a shuttle after to pick you up at the airport after 1:45pm they will not be there.
We spent our holidays in Paris and stayed in this hotel with our adult twin sons and really enjoyed the stay. It's a nice and comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and fresh. The hotel is located near the airport and about 30 minutes drive to Paris City. We had a good time and will not hesitate to return to this hotel. Although it is an older hotel it is still charming and family friendly. Can definitely recommend to guests looking for a an affordable place to stay in Paris. Thanks to Agoda for suggesting such a Good Hotel at affordable rate.
Stayed 5 nights for the Sial exhibition. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Rooms were dirty and outdated. Carpet Skirting board was falling off, door to mini fridge fell off when opened , carpets dirty and worn. No main light, instead you have to turn on five different lamps. One of the lifts was broken most days, causing queues to get up and down to rooms. Hotel air conditioning seemed to be set to boiling hot even though it was plus twenty degrees outside. One day we had no hot water Room keys stopped working on numerous occasions and the list goes on… This is not a four star hotel, it is overpriced and in desperate need of renovation. Spent my last night in Paris at the ibis styles by the airport, it was cheaper and actually clean and comfortable!
Minimal airport hotel. Needs better trained staff, overhaul on dated rooms and a more experienced breakfast staff that keeps up the pace of guests needs, not stop and go One shuttle to airport, once an hour with minimal capacity and select hours of operation. Not meeting expectations of many unhappy guests. Would not return to this location.
Well firstly it’s a slap in the face, actually bluntly giving a zap sign to the travelers i mean you close to the airport so the first thing is to hire people that can speak fluent English because it’s not only French people that travel secondly your staff members are rude lazy n arrogant Once you speak in English all they see is red flags. Which i think is the whole country problem Then we talk about value for money none what’s so ever. There is WiFi problems everyday n once you complain they tell you no one has complained or come down to lobby meaning I don’t matter ,mind you the place is expensive I mean we paid 100 £ over the December holidays then on top of that you pay city tax which apparently will be returned to you on the day of check out we will crossing fingersthen randomly the breakfast price will go up but the options are the same The breakfast is way basic for 20 £ that I had to go Marriott for breakfast. The pool has to much chlorine n the sauna doesn’t work . I wonder how did they get to be 4 star because the carpet has stains The place is really outdated I can’t stop commenting about the rudeness from staff n the dismissive behaviour they have Why work in hospitality if you don’t like people, overall The whole place is scam more of money making scheme, wish chef Remsay can come to this hotel on his hotel exposure shows Wouldn’t recommend
I would give this hotel a -0star. Just that google does not have a minus 0 star. My experience here was bad. The receptionist a male, has zero knowledge about the policy of the hotel the 2nd receptionist that has knowledge a black lady was very rude and shows no empathy of any kind. My room toilet was dirty, it has a permanent brown stain, I couldnt even use the toilet, I complained and she never showed any empathy or apologise. And this security deposit style is outdated, they should scrap it out. While I was making my reservation, I didnt see anywhere that I have to pay 200EUR as deposit upon check in and this same receptionist said bluntly that if I do not give my card for the funds to be blocked, they would cancel my reservation. Thank God it was just a 1 night stay. I am never recommending this hotel to anyone. The furnitures too are so outdated and looking scaring.
Good location near CDG. Big hotel with spacious rooms in need of renovation. Also there was no way to contact reception to ask for slippers and extra towel was one in a double room. OK for a nightRooms: 2/5
Despite paying the full prize in advance we've been charged an additional city tax at check in. The sauna was out of order which was one of the only reasons to chose this hotel and has not been communicated before. The floors smell bad, the rooms are old but ok. The sushi moon restaurant inhouse and the bar are good. Ordering a taxi for the next morning is dangerous. The first driver accepted cash only which should be illegal and the second ordered by hotel charged 35€ for a 8 min drive, which is 3x more than normal. Watch out and don't trust anyone in advance.
I stay here for One night. Rooms are big enough an clean. Everything was good. Staff is coopérative. One thing to Improve there should be some Lighting Board In front so that anybody can find it easily. Rest is good.Rooms: 4/5
