Amazing secret find in Okotoks! Management was super kind enough to let us stay every after close, when we were bored and had nothing to do. Super clean and a lot of fun, has an early 2000s feel to it. I never google review but this place was well worth it.
Bowling is a multi-generational family fun event. When the person behind the counter is nasty, the venue is no longer viable. I will speak slowly so she can understand-you are a bully.
We have been to Milliennium Lanes many times, when we go, we book two lanes, one for the kids and one for the adults, $125 for one hour. We went yesterday and the lane that the adults were bowling on was not working properly, not accounting for our strikes and spares. We went to speak to the front desk about it and were told they could restart it but it would take 15 mins or they could move us lanes. We chose to just push through as we wanted to stay close to the kids but after another frame we realized this was impacting our game quite a bit as the score was not accurate and to be honest bowling is not fun when your strikes are not being accounted for. We decided to leave. We went to the front desk to ask for a “rain check”, we are in often and would appreciate if 30 mins could be credited back to us on each lane for the next time we come in. The owner/manager was not in. One young lady was in and was not equipped to deal with us as well as the ginormous birthday party, the walk in traffic, the current bowlers, food and drinks and etc, having one individual who appeared to be new looking after everything on a Sat was not enough staff. The young lady didn’t know what to do with us so she txt the owner. We left with 3 coupons for next time that do not equate to what we would have hoped happened as there were 7 of us.nWe are disappointed with how this situation was handled and we will not return until we are credited back for the time we were unable to bowl.
This place is very clean, and the server was extremely nice. Highly recommend this place for a birthday party or company party
Fun times, great family fun as well, neon bowling is sweet too! Get glowing!
