Gorgeous urban nature park with a 2.17 km paved pathway around a stunning man made lake complete with sizeable fountain. For bird enthusiasts, various water fowl and marsh birds can be heard and spotted, such as the red winged black bird. You might even spot a painted turtle sunning themselves!nThere are 3 playground areas, a water park, outdoor pool, picnic areas and baseball diamond. Plenty of open and shaded spots with park benches available, including a small floating dock for fishermen or anyone wanting to enjoy the lake breeze.
Lots of space and greenery. We usually come here for a walk. There is a play area for kids. Lots of benches to sit and relax. People often come here in summer for picnics. The park is large enough for you to find a quiet spot to enjoy by yourself.
Probably the main park attraction in Abbotsford. Very open with lots of pretty places to sit. And nice water park for kids. There's an area with big, tall trees that is cool to walk throughnnThe lake itself has a bunch of scenic spotsnnThere's a side where people can bring and board their boats kayaks and stuff and do a little fishing.
I loved this park, I went with my partner and my 7-month-old baby, we did the complete circuit, we were able to see many animals and plants, and the view of the lake is very beautiful. I recommend it
