Mill Creek Park

I just love Mill Creek Park. Always have, As I have been coming here since I was a kid. Fellows Riverside Gardens is a must on the to see list. Especially, in the spring when the tulips are in bloom. As a former employee I know they go out of their way to make a grand display. There is also the Newport wetlands that attract all kinds off wildlife and birds. They have a boardwalk. If you feel like getting some exercise you can rent a paddle boat, boat or canoe and go out on lake Glacier. Not to mention the hundreds of walking trails. There are also plenty of places to picnic or just read s book. If having a group event you can rent one of their pavilions. Oh, and don't miss the goldfish pond. Which I believe has been almost been taken over by turtles! What a sight. So many hidden gems in Mill Creek Park. I only skimmed the surface.

Can't say enough good things about Mill Creek Park. It's a great place to ride a road bike. Lots of great hiking. Lots of great volunteer opportunities and learning workshops for kids and adults both. The fellows Riverside Gardens very beautiful in the spring and summer wonderful place to take in the leaves during fall and the Christmas lights are always well done. The gardening club is very informative. Art gallery surprisingly nice. If they have any complaint it's that there's no single track or rock climbing available. But that's understandable for an urban Metro Park. I think there's some statistics at Mill Creek is the largest metropolitan Park in the United States. It might now be second to Central Park. During certain parts of the year you can buy flower at the Old Mill I guess that's my Pro tip for this review.

Huge, beautiful park! People living in this area should celebrate this magnificent place. Trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, breathtaking beauty, with the creek, waterfalls, lake and rock structures. Definitely worth a trip. And it's FREE!! You could spend a half hour lunch or an entire week exploring this massive park! They also have a bunch of happenings throughout the year, including nature classes and guided walking tours and, at the Rose Garden they have social events and fund raisers etc. You can also have lunch at the Rose Garden, fantastic Deli!!!

I started to deal with this very cool office about one and half month a go to finalize my wife's and my outstanding issues in getting the green card. I found all of them; Carmen, Caroline and Spiro to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The take the required actions timely and effectively. I just loved my experience with them and I can't recommend them more

Beautiful park options are endless. We truly enjoy everything the park has to offer. We kayak, and walk , and enjoy the gardens. The fresh flower from the mill. It truly is a treasure.
