Me and my husband were passing by peterbrough and decided to try this bubble tea shop. We got the signature drink & green tea lemonade! They are both not too sweet, just the right amount & very delicious. Everyone is also very nice and polite! Recommended 100%!!
I went here with a friend of mine after meaning to try it out for awhile. the first round of drinks we got were pretty tasteless as a new staff member made them, but another staff member remade them and they tasted amazing after that! I also love that they sell bubble waffles, I wasn't expecting to find those in Peterborough! the staff here are kind and friendly, even though they're working busy jobs. I appreciate their hard work!
The ambiance and staff were really nice. Tried their House Special milk tea and they were attentive enough to ask me for the sugar level I prefer. The drink is really good and the tapioca pearls were cooked well. I think it also has salted cream/creamcheese in it to balance the sweetness. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends
The owners are so friendly and real stand-up people! Atmosphere is so welcoming and OMG the drinks!!!!! If there was one negative about the place, I just wish it was open 24/7 so I could have bubble tea all the time!! The tapioca is often a little chewy a tad bit overdone however my partner and I love milk and tea. The owners are so sweet and hardworking, and the atmosphere is very cute inside! They have board games and tables. It’s a great and quaint place to hang out, and often quiet enough for studying. The house special is my favourite! I love their coffee jelly, as well. We love the owners and boba baby! at milk & tea, and love the atmosphere.
5 star service. 5 star Boba tea with 5 star Egg waffles We took the Mango green tea with Lychee coconut jelly for the drink. We also had the Egg waffles with Centra smith ice cream and strawberry sauce. We never knew we could get ice cream on top with the ice cream and the strawberry syrup topping it's just 6.50!! Epic dessert to share with someone you love
Best in town. I'm not sure what others are talking about because the flavours are very strong and great. I'm assuming negative comments are from the competitors circle of friends based on the other comments they leave for both establishments. Just a thought... Great, locally owned small family business from owners that are from Peterborough. Amazing customer service and ambiance in store. Caramel and the House Special are delicious.
The first time I tried bubble tea was at MILK + TEA and it did not disappoint! The house special is incredible, not too sweet which I love. The staff are always so friendly and great at offering recommendations when I've brought friends in. They also have so many kid friendly options- an amazing family run business!
FINALLY! It’s here! I have been waiting for Milk+Tea for so long. It has an amazing atmosphere and the staff is so welcoming. The drinks are incredible. My all time favorite is the House Special and will definitely recommend it! They also have cupcakes with tapioca and brown sugar on it. If you are a matcha lover, you certainly need to try their matcha cupcakes. The earl gray cupcakes are more my taste since I like the tea flavour. I highly recommend this place!
Lovely huge, clean cafe, lots of seating, unique wall art. Our server [she] was so engaging and fun to talk with! We came away with four drinks and two yummy waffles - seriously delicious! Highly recommend!
