Only the bread was good. They made our sandwiches wrong. It makes no sense to have us choose what we want on our sandwiches if you are not going to make them that way. They made them how they wanted to, not the way we ordered. The portions were very skimpy. Paper thin tomatoes, hardly any meat, uncooked bacon, no lettuce, and they put about a half pound of spinach on them instead of lettuce as we ordered. So we basically got spinach sandwiches instead of what we ordered. Maybe Popeye would like this. There is no attention to detail at this location. Would not order again because of this. Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, and Subway are much better choices.
I wish so badly I had gotten the names of the two employees I encountered during the late afternoon hours of 03/16/2023. A series of unfortunate circumstances resulted in me having to wander around aimlessly in an unfamiliar city during a snowstorm for the better part of a day's time prior to me dropping into their parlor. I barely had to explain my situation before they went above and beyond to lend a helping hand. Their compassion and genuine regard actually brought a tear to my eye by the time I had left. Wonderful, wonderful individuals... truly.

I go to the Shorewood location often. I was here today and got a dry, half filled sandwich with a soggy, bruised pickle. Won't be coming back to this location, even if I do love Milios.Food: 2/5
Underwhelmed when it costs almost $20 dollars for a sandwich and cup of soup that tasted bland and watered down.
First time at this location, but been for ever at any Milios. But so glad that I did stop here. Saw this place while getting gas, and decided to get a good healthy sandwich. From when I walked in to when I left with my to order, not even 5 minutes. I got a medium turkwy sandwich. And so glad I did, since it is so good. Best sub place in the area. Worth going back to again sometime soon.
I walked in and ordered 2 sandwiches. The counter guy tells me to complete the tip screen then go to the next screen and pay while he stands there watching me. My tip choices were 22% , 20% , 15% , other. I picked other and gave 10%. I didn’t like the idea that I had to pick this guys tip before he lifted a finger. He wrote the wrong # on the sandwiches and my girlfriend ended up with mine. I sandwich was decent the other undersized, no drinks, no chips 2 sandwiches $19. Maybe if I had tipped better I would have gotten a bigger sandwich. Won’t be going back.
If you're a fan of Subway subs this just may be a place for you! Nothing special at all here. Over priced for what you get. But if you want a sandwich with any kind of meat on it, you'll be forking over $9. And if you want special sauce, get ready to $$$pony$$ up for that too. The cash register gal was a delight but everyone else was lacking. Post Milio's response; Sorry for what, that you have no meat on a meat sandwich? Or that you have to spend $9 to get a average meat sandwich?
