Ordeeed a pepperoni pizza. Cheese was missing and holes everywhere’s crust was stale and tasted like pre-made grocery store crust.
Extremely hangry and disappointed in my sub. The websites says “mounds of smoked meat” which isn’t the case or the delivery guy ate some on the way over because this is the saddest sandwich I have ever seen. I couldn’t even tell what kind of little square pieces of meat were on it. When I had originally called they wanted me to make my order $40 to get delivery which is ridiculous as we are 5 minutes away and have ordered there before without having to pay that. I told him never mind and he said he would make an exception this time. Maybe they were mad? That is the only reason I can see for these two depressing pieces of bread. Do yourself a favour and order from mr.mozzarella who are amazing!. I made a mistake going with Milanos who we used to order from loyally when we lived in Ottawa. I’ll be adding a photo.
I used to love this place. I loved their pizza, and their food. My brothers and I haven’t ordered there in 6 months. We often had gotten too many orders missing drinks, condiments and accessories. I also found the pizza was soggier and greasier, over time. We’ve recently switched over to Mr. Mozzerella in Kemptville and it’s been consistent and great. I’ve gotten pizza from different Milanos franchises in ottawa, and they’re still great tasting and professional. I wish the Kemptville milanos would uphold this great standard.
Only restaurant opened after 10pm. Food was delicious and service was great and very fast. They even brought out my food to my car in the snowstorm. Yup, will spend my money here again. Cheers
I ordered a large double cheese and pepperoni pizza. The cost as usual was high and I was charged 9.00 to deliver. With tip just short of 50.00. I read my receipt and they charged me 1.50 for using debit. The delivery girl was lost, couldn't find my road. When she did , she drove by my house. The pizza was Luke warm and didn't look like double cheese. Last time I will order from them.
I was passing from highway 416, it was almost 12 at night, in search of food I searched on google and it was the only place open, loved there food and customer service. I will surely return to this place while traveling to toronto. Thanks a lot team milano for great experience!!!
Terrible pizza and barely any meat on the Steak sub. Very disappointed. We've been ordering from here for years now, not anymore. Sadly I think it is under new ownership.
We got takeout so atmosphere doesn't count. Service was good. Food was meh- southern chicken overdone, kid's chicken too spicy, sub way too overloaded with sauce.Food: 2/5
Ordered meat lover with onions mushrooms and green peppers pizza had hardly any toppings got 4 dipping sauces first bite was a metallic taste hubby got it too then the struts!! Beware do not eat here! Milano smiths falls is wonderful Milano kemptville not!! if I could give 0 stars I would I gave 1 star because they gave my money back!
Only place open during storm on Christmas. Fresh food for travellers and very kind staff. Pizza was 3/5. But shawarma was good.
