I came in about a month ago and had to get my nails fixed from a different salon. Milano Nails staff are so welcoming! Lily tried her best and it definitely turned out better than it was before.nnI went back to Lily to get my nails done again and she did such an amazing job! It turned out better than the inspo picture. This is my new go to nail place!
I decided to try this salon for the first time and I am so glad I did! I went to Annie and she is so professional and so nice! the salon is really comfy with nice massage chairs, very clean and everyone working is very friendly. I will definitely come back for my next pedicure and for anything else in the future! Thank you so much Annie
My favourite nail place! Always so friendly and welcoming. Lily and Annie are so sweet. I go back to see Annie every time and she always does an amazing job. She takes her time to ensure my nails are exactly how I want. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my French tips!!
Went for an appointment I booked today with my family as I had been here before and was impressed with their team. I called a week in advance and booked three pedicures and three manicures with a request for a new set as instructed the last time I went. I walked in through the door and they were understaffed and called for support staff to come in, commented that I had incorrectly booked which I corrected them and requested an add on of an additional fourth pedicure which they accommodated. My entire procedure took 2.5 hours and this was not my best experience here. I had to ask them to correct my nail color with additional chrome when the original one turned orange, and the nail shape of my mum’s nails were not done well but the color suggestion was much better than her original choice. When going to pay they gave me a large bill without an itemized list of services. And when requested, because they were running behind they got upset and frankly this wasn’t great for either of us or my group. Hopefully today was a one off.
I’ve come to this salon for almost a year now and everytime I have a great experience! The staff is very friendly I love Annie. They are always able to get me in even if I call last minute. Lots of services available for reasonable prices. Highly recommended coming here!!
