Milano Fruiterie

About

I love coming here for some quality cheese or balsamic to give a meal that little extra. Always well stocked and organized. Sometimes the produce moves around and I do not find the same thing I need so that's challenging, but never an issue with quality!
They have a great selection in imported Italian products, which comes handy when having a culinary craving. In a negative note I was very upset after buying arancine. They were not cheap, and honestly I had to trash them: not well fried, rice completely dry and sticky at some parts even after heating them up… Not sure if they were even fresh from the day… Hope they improve on this!
Lots of veggies and fruits. Not much choice for food. We tried egg tart, tarayaki balls, samosas. Taste is good, i am too hungry to take photos. Taste is alright, I think price is a bit high.
I recently visited an Italian grocery store and was really impressed with the wide selection of products on offer. The store had a chacuterie section with a variety of cured meats, as well as a fantastic selection of cheese. It was great to be able to find such a wide range of authentic Italian products in one place. However, it's worth noting that the prices at this store tend to be higher than other grocery stores. While the selection is great, it's something to keep in mind if you're looking for the best deals on your groceries. Overall, if you're looking for a wide range of authentic Italian products, this grocery store is definitely worth checking out. Just be prepared for prices that may be a bit higher than what you might find elsewhere.
This place is absolutely huge! There is such a wide variety of gourmet and imported goods, though you can get any groceries you need here. It really is a one-stop shop. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you're in town visiting from somewhere that doesn't have specialty grocery stores. It does get quite busy in the evenings and on weekends, so try to visit at an off time if possible. Their fresh pasta is very good and their hot counter has a good number of options.
While living in the neighborhood, I always look forward to go to Milano. Plenty of interesting products to be found there and their house brand products are also superb. It's a great shopping experience and I can't stop from being dazzled.
Clean and well-lit. Great selection of deli and cheese items. Lots of interesting grocery items you don't find in typical sores, like specialty coffees, confectioneries, and bakery goods.
What a nice surprise, great products, nice little bakery inside. I bought some meat, they have “asado” and a big selection of pasta , cheese and more.
Visiting Montreal after a few years. Same location and great products. I picked up olive oil and a few other items. It is the same great place I remember.
Multitude of food from fresh meats cheeses olives etc to pastas and olive oils and canned boxed or bottled items from Italy very nicely displayed in an appetizing way. Great location on Boulevard St-Laurent in the heart of Montréal's little Italy The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the prices
