Went unexpectedly to this salon, surprised my mother-in-law to a hair cut, perm and blow dry and she was so pleased with the service provided by Pina. Everyone at the salon was so nice and professional. Pina made us feel so special and she was amazing at providing exactly what she wanted. We will definitely be returning to see her again. Meh... u wanna live life looking like you dont care about your looks.. then go here. My husband got a "fade" here.. and theres was defined lines all over his head from the cut.. as well as a weird triangle patch of hair at the back of his head. obviously they didnt even look at what they're doing when they finished... u fortunately my husband couldn't see the results until the end, and the hairdresser already took another client and sent us to pay. At that point my husband was too frustrated to go back and complain.. I mean I really dont think I should be doing quality control of their work. It wasn't a style mistake. It was a cut mistake. PS. I love how the owner has something backhanded to say for everyone who is dissatisfied with their experience : I guess its hitting a nerve.

A pleasant salon close to subway access and great parking. They have been in business for many years. The staff are friendly. Always willing to share and chat and have a few good laughs. My hairdresser in particular Peter is excellent. He has given me a signature hair colour that many people have stopped to ask me where I had it done. I always refer them to this salon. I have been coming to this salon for at least 7 years and I would not consider changing. All the hairdressers in this establishment are seasoned and know what they are doing. I am a little bias to my own hairdresser as he is the only one I use and he is truly amazing.

Thankfully the salon is open again and I felt very safe in the premises. Bernie took my temperature, I signed in and everyone was in masks. The salon still had its friendly feel and all precautions were carefully met. I have been going to Lina for years and also to Mai. If you are looking for a salon that is doing their best to keep customers safe, Milan is your place. Lastly, it is great to have new colour and cut after so many months! Thanks again!

As a customer coming to Milan Hair for over 15 years I always appreciated professional service and accomodating business hours. This place has no frills, which allows it to keep prices affordable. I always go for a simple men's haircut and still a lot of others places left me dissatisfied. Not this one. From the very first cut my hairdresser knew what would look better on me and has been doing a great job ever since.

This salon is lovely. Been going here since I was a little girl. All of the staff are very nice and super friendly. The prices are well set and the stylists are talented at what they do. There is a person here for all of your hair needs, whether that be styling, cutting of colouring. 10/10!

Love this establishment. Extremely professional and family oriented employees. I have been a devoted client for over 10 years. You are always approached by friendly staff. I have a nerve problem in the neck area which causes me intense pain but my stylist Sonia seriously takes care of my needs. She's a very committed and compassionate employee. I don't often do reviews but this is worth mentioning. I went in for a haircut, i was nervous, as I have never been here before. I was greeted with a smile and immediately felt like I belonged here! The buzz of the salon is fun and happy family feeling, not stuck up and snobby like some salons. I want to go back as they made me feel like family and not just like a customer. I got a great haircut and had a great experience! Thank you to all the staff at Milan! I can't wait for my next haircut....cheers
