Just ordered pizza…. What a waste of money, I ordered 1 medium 3 topping and 1 large 3 topping plus tip came to over 50 bucks …. outrageous!!!!! I’ve had better frozen pizza from the grocery store. Starting with using canned mushrooms , cheap cheese, thin crust that was under cooked. Completely disappointed and will not ever order or recommend this pizza to anyone. Just another reason to quit eating out… poor quality for way to much money !!!!!
Pizza was very lacking in flavor. Canned mushrooms are not ok on pizza. Cheese was rubbery. Sauce needs work. I hope the owner can find there passion they once had to make people great food.
I've eaten at dozens of different pizza places, and I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt, this was the absolute worst pizza I have ever head in my entire life. The pepperoni wasn't even edible. It tasted like it was under cooked. Very soft and no crunch to it.
This was the most horrible pizza experience of my life. Last night me and my wife ordered a pizza with pepperoni, bacon and pineapple on half but in to order we removed the pineapple all together and made it pepperoni, bacon, and ham. When the pizza arrived we paid delivery and tipped $2 but when opening the pizza I was shocked to discover it was a all pepperoni, bacon, and pineapple. We then called and asked about our order and if we could get a replacement as I cannot eat pineapple, then lady on the phone then started to get very rude and argued with my wife saying we didn't change the order and that we were wrong and she was right, we asked for a refund but refused and only offered us store credit or a new pizza. After 10 min of arguing we got then to make a replacement pizza, upon the driver coming back we were charged ANOTHER $4 delivery fee or would couldn't have our pizza. They didn't tell us this and so didn't have a debit machine and we needed to run around the house for $4. Disgusted with how this has all happened we finally paid the $4 and got our pizza. Unfortunately upon opening the new pizza we were absolutely disgusted with how it looked, nothing was done with care and it looked like like they just slapped everything on and to top it all off the pizza was barely cut at all we had to do it ourselves or it would have all come apparent as tried to take even 1 slice. My wife will swear it looks like a pizza the makers may have spit in just because we wanted out correct order. In the end after all this I was so angry and disgusted with how poor this place runs and treats customers and the quality of the pizza that we couldn't bring ourselves to to even eat it and we ordered from a proper pizza establishment, cost us another $22 because this place so in my advice avoid at all costs, spend you money on a place that actually know what they are doing and how to treat their customers. Here is a picture of the difference between the two company pizza's Mikey's is clearly on the left.
I definitely don't leave reviews often, but I feel that for my level of dissapointment it's worth saving others from wasting their money! Let's start with the outside sign not even being lit, when you walk in there's no overhead menu or pricing available so you're ordering blindly. They take cash only, and the staff is just unprofessional, flirting with eachother right at the counter like I'm not even standing there. I ordered a panzerotti - the sauce wasn't even IN my food, it was in a cup in the box to the side. The ingredients were absolutely terrible. Mushrooms and sauce clearly straight from a can, cheese was like chewing on a rubber band and the crust was horrible. I also ordered a pepperoni pizza, the crust was thin, pepperoni was like rubber and wasn't fully cooked. For what take out is worth these days we usually finish our food but this was just force feeding ourselves. In the garbage it went. Never going back!
Just ordered for the first time based on a recommendation and man, Mikey's did not disappoint! 2 large panzerotti's. I ate a quarter of one, my boyfriend ate half of his, and they were fantastic!!
Fantastic pizza and great service. Started going after a friend recommended and has been my only pizza place in St Thomas since. Great for people that like a thin crust pizza that is still soft on the bottom and the cheese is nice as well. Only problem I've ever had was when they ran out of feta, and when I came to pickup they insisted it was free. The pizza was still fantastic
After weeks of debate, we gave Mikey's a shot this past week. It's a local pizza joint and we thought it might be a diamond in the rough, but this was not the case. First off, the positives: they've got a great crust, decent sauce, and pretty alright cheese. Despite these positives, we weren't able to finish our order because of their toppings. Mikey's uses canned mushrooms, which is not great. It seemed like the other toppings were not cooked all the way through. Plus, the meat toppings were sliced pretty thick and they seemed to be store-bought quality. It was a disappointing pizza for the price. Mikey's would have decent pizza if they would improve their toppings.
So baby brain was in full effect and I called in an order of Pineapple pizza instead of Hawaiian and garlic bread. Then called back a few minutes later saying I just ordered a Hawaiian pizza and garlic bread and was asking if they had a chicken ranch and they said no so I said ok just the Hawaiian. So hubby went to pick it up and lo and behold it was just the Pineapple pizza. It was kinda gross. I tried eating it and got one slice slice but couldn't eat anymore. Plus both the pizza and the garlic bread were on a thin crust. Nowhere did we say we wanted that or were warned that it was like that. I called back to say that I was disappointed that not only the pizza was gross but that when I had called saying I had ordered Hawaiian they didn't clarify with me whatsoever that originally I ordered Pineapple. They offered to make one but I was just about to leave for a meeting and didn't have time for that. Then was offered a refund and said all we need to do is to come in the store. So my husband who was now feeling quite sick drove there to get the refund and was told he needed the pizza as proof as they don't give refunds without it. He was literally about to throw up and they just kept changing the narrative. Money down the drain. Don't go. They can't get their $h!t together. Never going to order from them again.
It was pretty good. I had the small pizza with bacon, sausage and tomato. It was not a bad pizza in any way other than the fact that their crust comes thin. But there is room for improvement in terms of menu and setting but they seem new so i can't say to many bad things. Its better than lambeth pizza and Byron pizza that's for sure! And a lot better prices than both of them.
