Mike's Signs & Designs

I have used Mike in the past and he was great. I decided to give him another shot and I gave him a deposit on October 12, 2022 and I still haven’t seen any of my sweatshirts or long sleeves. We are now almost out of the winter season and I get promised my order every day when I call him Buyer beware do not use this guy. I am not the only one in town of that’s had a problem. I gave a one star review because I’m not able to give a zero star review.

He makes a great sign at a reasonable price. He installed one in the dark while it was snowing. That is where the accolades end. Do not believe anything he says concerning the schedule. He will be late. You will chase him because he has your deposit. He rarely answers his phone. He will outright lie about both the progress of constructing your sign and when it will be installed. He fabricates the truth way more than he fabricates the sign. Never again.

Voicemail was full and had to call 4 times before someone picked up. Explained what I needed and he said he would come take a look and get to me in a few days. A week later and I hadn't heard from him. Called 10 times over a 2 day period. Voicemail still full, couldn't find a website, email, or Facebook page. His voicemail message says "your call is important"....obviously not. Never heard from him. Unprofessional. Unreliable.

Mike lettered up a truck & trailer for my landscaping Co, his work is fantastic! It looks better than I could imagine! Highly recommend anyone to try Mike’s Signs!

We went to Mike's sign after seeing the high rating they receive previously, but we had a really bad experience with them. On Dec23 2020, we engaged their service to replace our sign. He told me that my light tubes need to be replaced after claiming that he "tested" with his light tube. Secondly, after installing our sign, he also charged us additional $100 to replace 4 light tubes. We could see the plaster on the sign which he failed to clean and the tubes didn't light up either. He claims that the tube will light up when temperature warm up and he'll come back to clean up later. Thank god we had a warm X'mas that week and his "scheme" didn't succeed. Now he wanted us to pay an additional $300 to fix the Ballast. This can only show how unprofessional he is in his job. During our call he mention that he can remove the tubes and refund us $100 but he backed-up on the promise when he arrived recommend fixing the ballast for $150. So we agree to it under the pretext that the ballast will fix the problem 2 days after he installed the sign, we started seeing wrinkles on the sign. We tried to notify him about the problem but he didn't reply. Now Its been 2 weeks, the wrinkle is getting more conspicuous and he stopped taking our call or reply our text. Highly irresponsible vendor. Still waiting for him to fix the problem

Mike does fantastic work, in a timely manner. He did my sign for my business, also made up my tee shirts for work. Brian Sayball

Been going to Mike for yrs now great honest guy no complaints very hands on for every job I give him so I know I'm getting a perfect job Everytime from business cards to truck lettering to most recently had him tint windows in my van zero complaints
