I went in with my partner looking for her first mountain bike. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and answered any questions we had. We went on multiple test rides and he even let me take a bike out so we could ride together, even though he knew I wasn't in the market myself. Finally we picked a bike 1.5 hours before close and Adam was able to build it for us right on the spot. Amazing service, I will only be buying bikes from Mike's from now on.
Fantastic service from the team at Mike's. This was my first time in and my first bike purchase in 15 years. Sarah was amazing and answered all my questions. It was hard finding a bike with a good size frame as I'm over 6ft. Will definitely be back! I love my new Trek!
