Everyone was very helpful and made buying our GO Trailer extremely easy - even from another province over! Everyone was friendly and even though we were just buying a really small trailer, we were treated like we were buying a bus-sized one - that's great customer service!

Excellent follow up we started looking for a New trailer months ago . At this dealership, then we decided on a used trailer. We did look elsewhere too. Our sales person Mike Making was excellent on his follow up. Please note sticker price is close to sell price. Not much room for negotiation, however having said that still a fair and reasonable price. As is when you buy groceries you don't haggle on the price at the till. Yesterday we picked up our trailer. Detailer did a exceptional job on prepping and cleaning, you can tell when someone cares about her work. THEY even had a technician go over all working functions of the trailer. TORY sorry might be troy hard to hear with stupid mask . He spent a amazing amount of time explaining and showing all functions of trailer. Again you can tell whe someone takes pride in their job and knows their job and cares. They even confirmed that what we are driving would do the job. Even went so far as to tell us how much load we could carry in box while towing trailer mike ... We give this company a 10 plus rating on a job WELL DONE Thankyou

Just finished up a trade in for a new Toy Hauler. The level of service from sales to delivery and turnover was excellent. The Rosman team were easy to deal with and were focused on giving us a great experience, something that is lacking with the big rv dealers. Highly recommend Mike Rosman RV.

I own a 2022 Nash 26N which requires some warranty work on the slide. I called Mike Rossman RV Service Department and was told that they will not accept warranty work on trailers that they have not sold. Northwood recommended them as an authorized dealer for Northwood products. The service manager said that they have found repairs to Schwinteck slide systems to be difficult because Lippert the manufacturer is very difficult to deal with. We still have a full warranty but they refused to accept our warranty claim. We called the head of the Northwood warranty department and he seemed quite upset appropriately so and said he would look into this. This experience has been a stain on the reputation of Mike Rossman RV and we will never go there again

Super friendly and helpful. We visited 3 other RV places in Kelowna and Winfield and this place just treated us very well. I am 21 years old and the other places didn't really take me seriously and weren't very helpful at all but these guys all worked together to put me into a brand new trailer.

We were so impressed with the team at Mike Rosman RV Sales in Vernon! Mike Making was the sales rep for our new travel trailer. He is a wealth of information and promptly and thoroughly answered all our questions. Super cool guy. He kept us well informed about all the details including the manufacturing process, delivery date, etc which was very much appreciated. Selena is lovely, easy to work with and so efficient! Doug Thibault is so keen on the whole RV experience, love his energy! And the guys in the shop were amazing. Great quality work and all done promptly. Excellent orientation by the Technician. The Staff at the supply shop were super helpful as well. Just a very positive experience from beginning to end!
