I went here the other day and got a sub with extra lettuce and tomato. They did a good job and this location is the best in the area. There are 2 locations both are 2.2 miles away this is the better place.
Came here last week and service needs to be better. Expects tips to be a given when ordering takeout - was noticeably dismissive after not having received one. I work in the restaurant industry too and could care less if people don't tip for takeout. It's not a big deal. 1st time we came here, apparently mayo on a sub costs extra money. They ended up putting so much mayo to the point where it was dripping and near disgusting to eat. Gave it multiple chances and left displeased with the service.
Food is good but service is subpar and inept. I usually get a club sub which is the same as the #7 but it comes with ham and bacon. When I order I ask for a club sub with no ham; they ask "so a number 7?" I tell them no because the #7 doesn't come with bacon and bacon is an extra charge. They tell me they can't do that and don't explain why. All they have to do is not put ham on the club sub and everything would be ok but they proceed to make a #7 and charge me extra for the bacon. This has happened 3 times at this location and every other Jersey Mikes i've been to has never given me this problem. Next time I'll order the club sub as is and take the ham off myself since this is apparently asking way too much of the workers here. They also, get very dismissive if you don't tip for takeout orders. I hope McDonalds workers treat them the same way when they don't tip there.
Amazing custom ordered sub in a tub. Delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this establishment to all! The gentleman on the grill did a phenomenal job!
I just visited this location for the first time and I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed. I’ve worked in food service before and I rarely would see people with the work ethic that Kevin has. He’s efficient, quick, and friendly with every customer. Jersey mikes won the jackpot hiring him
This Jersey Mike's is a little smaller than some others in terms of seating but has the same Jersey Mike's quality sandwiches. If you aren't sure which one you want then order #13 and you won't be disappointed.
They have really good, fresh subs! Made to order just how you like, hot or cold. Yum! Too bad they get oil on every sub. I like mine plain. In response to the owner reply: I did ask for no oil but they placed it in the oil left behind from the sandwich before mine.Food: 5/5
Placed a pick up order during the lunch rush. This place is busy! The employees are quick and polite.
Went back and still got order wrong "manager" had ear phones in said no peppers twice. Still got peppers on sub. Not his fault besides the headphones maybe he was making a 100 different sandwiches. Most likely more people should have been working than 2 guys during dinner rush.
I stopped in this morning for a turkey sandwich and must say it was fantastic, not only that, both Ava and Grant were very friendly and polite when helping me. Will definitely return.
