Just had a new steam boiler installed by a different plumber. New system worked great--except our radiators were barely heating up when we turned it on! Install folks couldn't get back to us for a week or so to see what the problem was. Mike saved the day. He squeezed us into his schedule and was able to diagnose and fix the problem ASAP. Rates were super reasonable and we have been warm ever since.
Mike Gill saved me! He came over within 20 minutes, and solved two plumbing problems for me very efficiently, as I was expecting house guests. I'm very grateful for his excellent service!
