I recently had my kitchen redone. Mike was very helpful in answering all my questions. Price was competitive with other quotes. The guys that showed up were very respectful of our house and kept everything extremely tidy. They finished the pre wiring then came back to do the finishing once the kitchen was almost done. Everything looked great. I highly recommend and will use them for my future projects.

I have hired Fuller Electric several times including an entire house rewire.  They are prompt, professional and attention to details.  The  electrical inspector who inspected the new circuit panel complemented them on the high quality of their work which was great for me to hear.  Highly recommend Mike and his team.

Fuller Electric also installed an electric car charging station for me.  They knew the products and had the experience.

Gave a two-hour window, never showed up, did not answer phone for hours.

My wife scheduled an appointment to fix the light in our baby's room. They told us we would be the second call of the day and gave us an arrival window of 9-11 am. Since the problem was in the baby's room, we had to move the baby's morning nap to our bedroom in a pack and play. The baby does not particularly like the pack and play, and slept very poorly. We finally got in contact with them just before the baby's second nap time and we politely asked whether they could postpone to 3 pm, to which they said no.

Anyone who has had a kid understands how important nap time is and how hard it can be when the baby misses a nap, but Mike Fuller Electric was unwilling to meet their commitment. I know scheduling can be hard, but lacking the ability to schedule is where customer expectation management comes in. Our expectations were completely mismanaged and Mike Fuller Electric refused to meet us halfway.

They were polite, timely, and efficient.  Not sure what else you could really ask for.  I recommend them whole-heartedly and will definitely use them again in future.

When I called, I believe Mike answered the phone directly, no voicemail.  He was avle to send someone out that day.  The two gentlemen who came were very good,  friendly and called with their eta.  The cost was, I felt, reasonable and as I mentioned, the service was great.
