Incredible !! Mike and his team were hands down the most helpful/ supportive people we dealt with our entire home buying experience. They were very professional , educated and friendly. Got us a very good rate for our home. Very speedy in getting us approved. And even after we moved in they continue to check in on us making sure we are good and enjoying our home. Mike has been working with me and my mortgages for many years. He is quick to respond to emails or calls that I send. I know many people who use Mike has their trusted broker and for good reason. He gives great advice, very professional when it comes to dealing with customers, explains everything so I understood going into my mortgages, and I am confident I am getting an amazing rate. Our builder had Mike listed as a recommend mortgage broker. When our broker was failing to meet our needs and concerns, Mike was there to answer all questions and with explanations that made complete sense. Mike’s receptionist was the first person we connected with and was also kind and amazingly helpful! We had lots of questions, we listed our new home in the peak of activity, and we had quite tight closing deadlines with very little time given to obtain mortgage financing, but Mike was very helpful, always available, and he got us exactly the mortgage we needed when we needed it. He very knowledgeable and explained exactly why the mortgage fit our needs and when we called his office his staff was very effective. Mike was very helpful during the entire mortgage process. He discussed all of my options and explained everything very thoroughly. He also sent information emails along the way about what to expect at my lawyer appointment, tips for moving, and reminders to set up utilities, internet, etc. It really took away the stress of worrying that I had forgotten something.
