Great food, great service and amazing experience. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our waitress check in with us and was helpful when asked questions about the menu. Appericated the personal touch on the dessert when I informed our waitress I was celebrating my move to Alberta from BC. Will for sure be coming back and will definitely recommend to others!
My go to Japanese restaurant for a few years now.nIt’s a casual spot that is quiet and welcoming.nnHas 3 locations in the city as well!nnI really enjoy their bento boxes and also their famous dragon eye roll.nnOverall consistency is great, every time I have been there I have not been disappointed or walked out thinking “it wasn’t that good today”nnHas options for those who don’t like raw fish/ sushi.nnFor those of you looking for private rooms/ dining they offer that as well which is good if you’re looking to have a meeting, with family, or just like privacy.nnRestaurant is clean and comfortable.nnStaff is friendly and knowledgeable.nnParking is good, has a free parking lot.
Didn’t plan this, we were hungry and there’s a restaurant.nnWe ordered appetizer, fried chicken thigh, really good. Then lobster plate and a bento box. Everything was decent.
I recently visited this location of Mikado Westside, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The place itself is really cute and has a cozy, inviting atmosphere, perfect for a casual dinner or a night out. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made our time there even more enjoyable.nnAs for the food, it was absolutely delicious! The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and every dish was a delight.nnHowever, I did notice that the portions were smaller compared to the other location of this sushi bar, which was a bit of a downside. While the food was great, I left feeling a bit less satisfied than I had at the other spot.nnOverall, I’d still recommend it for the food and atmosphere, just keep in mind that the portion sizes might be a little on the smaller side.
We have gone several times, all the food was delicious. Definitely attention to detail when you walk in there are decorations for the time of year or holiday.
