Best burger for the price so far. Wasn't the best burger ever but very good for the money. I was pretty impressed over fast food options. I would come here over any drive thru place I have tried so far.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
First time with new owners. Excellent! I had the chopped steak, fries and chocolate malt. Food and service was good. Sorry Sue! I came at 3 PM and it was busy with all booths full. Note: parking situation has changed. Street parking only. Lots across the street are off limits.
It was fun to watch the new owners getting their feet under them. A steady stream of customers meant they weren't taking a break any time soon. It'll be fun to see them get to know the familiar faces and be able to catch their breath when the rush dies down a bit. Hopefully the people that can ruin any good thing, don't ruin the new owners spirit of taking over such a tasty place to get a steak sandwich.
Yum!! So good, so greasy, buttery, and delicious. Absolutely worth the wait during a busy lunch rush! 3 years ago. Now: Had a different vibe - we got there early to avoid the line. I had the Impossible burger with crinkle cut fries and a strawberry milkshake. They mixed up my order and forgot the butter, oh well. They have vanilla, butterscotch, chocolate and strawberry shakes and malts. Free refills on Pepsi products. They DO accept credit and debit cards! Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers!
Wow, wow, if you want the best, Real, butter burger, in the fox Valley. The steak burger, Amazing, have to try, real jalapeno cheese curds, great service. Clean and well kept much better then last owners. Only concern is eating too much sooo good every thing I have tried is excellent. Locally owned which is important to me. I will be back over and over. Kid-friendliness: A young family are the new owners of this fantastic place can't recommend it enough and they are happy to serve families. I take my kids there whenever I can go, but really its for me.....so delicious
Very good burgers. I love the food, and the people are great. Friendly staff and very clean place. Not very big but still very nice and comfortable has that old restaurant look and feel. Features: Covid-19 vaccination does not work, nor does the mask
Went with a friend from work, arrived about 11 am. No parking lot, so find a a spot in the street . Place was SRO, except for 1 booth. Seating at the counter was spotted, couldn't sit together. A booth opened up and we grabbed it. Seating is limited, only 6 booths about and the counter. Otherwise stand in the door way or outside. Keep in mind their website states open at 11am and the place was SRO by 1106 am. With a full house and short staffed service was slow. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry or on lunch break. Waitress was attentive and great interpersonal communication skills. She filled our drink order quickly and took our order, burgers, onion rings and tater tots. Food came in a reasonable amount of time, burgers in wrappers and the sides in paper containers and no flatware. Refills came quickly after our request and the bill. Tab with tip came to 25.00. Difficult to say I'll be back. Food is OK, good charcoal flavor in the burgers, sides were not noteworthy. If I'm in the area and want a burger, yes, otherwise not.
Best burger I’ve ever had. Hands down. This was the first time I’ve ever been here, and it definitely will not be the last. Thank you so so much for this experience. I will be telling many people. 10/10
Second visit after new ownership. Both times were utterly disappointing. First was their first week, so I cut them some slack. Double burger lacked butter an both patties were burnt. Ordered a malt and never got it. Second visit, even worse! This time i did get the chocolate malt I ordered but wished I had not. It was horrible! It was runny, not very malty, smaller, and worst of all, it seems they drizzle chocolate syrup on the plastic cup they serve it in. This makes it taste like just chocolate syrup and nothing else. Double burger again was burnt. I watched the cook burn every patty he made...about 25 of them. Grilled with grilled marks is FAR different than burn marks. Butter amount improved, but all you could taste was burnt meat so it did not matter. Cheese curds were not good either, definitely not the ones the old Mihm's had. They are disorganized and the younger female waitress is simply rude. I have peen a patron for over 30 years through different owners and the food has always been consistently great. Now it it garbage. My second visit was my last visit. Not trying to hurt the business, but I am telling everyone I know to save their time and money and don't bother going there. My suggestion is get a suggestion box and invite long term patrons who REALLY loved Mihm's to help you make it what it was.
Busy but served right away. Just like the original owners did it. Great job Amber and hubby!Food: 5/5
