I had a very frustrating experience here today. I waited over 20 minutes for my turn, and when the bay finally opened, the worker suddenly blocked it with pylons without saying a single word. No explanation at all.nnWhen I went to the office to ask what was going on, he was pretty rude and didn’t apologize or explain anything properly. I also tried to contact management, but the email they gave me was wrong — and the email on their website is expired too. That shows how hard it is for customers to even reach them.nnVery disappointing experience for a regular customer.nnUpdated Review -nnThank you for replying, but your version of the situation is not accurate.nnThere was no communication about any breakdown, and I was not “moved” to the next available bay. I waited more than 20 minutes, and the staff member simply blocked the bay without saying a single word to me, while other people continued using the other bays.nnWhen I went inside to ask what was happening, he was rude, argued with me, and even gave me the wrong email with full confidence. The email on your website also doesn’t work, so there was no proper way for me to contact management except through Google.nnI did not speak to anyone in a disrespectful way. I only asked why I was waiting so long with zero communication. As a regular customer, I expect at least basic explanation or courtesy.nnI hope you take this feedback seriously instead of shifting the blame onto the customer.
Used for approximately 4 minutes to rinse off my rental. $20!!! are you serious! Car wasn't even clean after. To be fair...the owner took nine dollars off my visa after complaining, appreciate that. But...at my local car wash I can soap spray, then soap brush, then rinse off with a spray wax...Seven dollars!nGiving you two stars because you returned some cash...Thanks!nThe Yukon is beautiful
Did the DIY wash. Was a bit pricey but it's the Yukon... Was able to do a reasonable wash on my rental XL SUV for $11 bucks.
My go to car wash, i always love the friendliness here and the customer appreciation card where if you get washes you can get a one for free after a certain amount, good prices as well
To start off - they were VERY nice.nI did not get a wash, so advise this review is just to share helpful info.nI went in for a full service wash and pulled into the full service bay. After some confusion with the employee, he looked over my van a full size Ford Transit van with a high roof, chatted with his coworker, then very politely told me they could not offer full service on a large vehicle like mine. To my fellow “large vehicle owners”, this isn’t the stop for us
