Out of all the midwifery clinics, this is the one to go to. The staff here are extremely nice and friendly and very pleasant to talk to. And ever since the SJW secretary has left it is no longer a hostile place for men and now a very welcoming place for husbands to accompany their pregnant wives. Definitely recommend coming to this place if you plan to have kids and ignore other places. This is the place to be! They have facilities and information for absolutely any question that would ever pop into your head when it comes to pregnancy.
I had the most amazing experience ever giving birth at home with the help of the staff at Midwifery care of peel and halton. Kathleen was awesome, very gentle, respectful, very professional and sweet. The entire team 4 assigned to me was very knowledgeable. I would use this team for my other pregnancies in a heartbeat.

This is where I received care for my second child, and thanks to them, I was able to have my birth exactly the way I wanted. ALL the ladies I dealt with were perfectly lovely to me, my older child, my husband, and myself. They really made me feel great. I was actually shocked how smoothly my home birth went with the help from these angels. Couldnt possibly recommend them higher.
I called the emergency pager at 12:40am and Maggie was on call. I told her I had blood in my urine and after yawning and telling me she can't do anything at 1:00 in the morning she told me to go back to sleep and come to the clinic in the morning, because if I go to the hospital right now they will call her there and we will have to wait around for hours. I gave birth to my son 10 hours later at 21 weeks. I do not recommend her as a midwife.
We have decided to leave thus midwifery care Center, after yet another disasterous appointment that was complete with contradicting information between midwives and a dismissive attitude towards our questions and concerns. At 31 weeks into the pregnancy. We will be filing complaints with the college of midwives. I whole heartedly advise against using the midwifery care of peel and Halton hills, at least untill they are fully staffed.
