Midwest Dental Merrill

I have been going to Midwest Dental for about 11 years and I have always been pleased with my experience there. Front desk receptionists always very friendly and accommodating. The latest dental hygienist (can't remember her name) was awesome. Very gentle and I was very relaxed.

Staff are friendly and very informative. Work with all the different insurance companies I've had over the last 18 years. Always have been able to get me in quickly when there is a urgent need. I would recommend them.

The staff there is great. My appointment time slipped by about 10 minutes, which I didn't like. However, I lost a cap a week before, called and they got me in the same day as my cleaning to replace. I thought everyone was very good.

Look elsewhere if you want quality work and care. Receptionists are great. Staff doing the dental work are not.

They got me in the next day, My hygienist was awesome! ( I forgot her name, she has pink hair :) ) She took the time to explain what she was doing and how she was doing it. They are all very welcoming and professional. I have only good things to say about Midwest!
