My name is Ashley Imholte, and this was the best dentist experience that I have ever had. We recently moved to Big Lake, and we got a coupon in the mail for this clinic, so I brought my daughter and myself there to try it out. The assistants, front desk, and the dentist (Dr. J) were so helpful, kind, nurturing, supportive, and exceptional in their care they provided for myself and my daughter. They truly cared about our overall health, and they were intelligent, amazing, and brilliant at their jobs. I would give them an even higher rating if I could because they definitely have my business from here on out. IF YOU NEED DENTAL CARE, PLEASE GO TO THIS MAGNIFICENT, EXCELLENT DENTIST!!!! You will not regret it.... Have a fantastic day! :)

My husband and our three kids have been going there in the last few years. Recently our two youngest, ages 9 and 5, had their every six month regular cleaning. Our youngest forgot to bring her stuffed animal with so she was a little nervous. One of the assistants, Dottie was very sweet and told my daughter they have little stuffed animals that she can hold on to while they do the cleaning. They care about their patients. We are pleased with their services and will continue to come back.

I have an amazing hygienist here and she does a terrific job!! I think the negative reviews must be from before they were bought out (used to be a Smile Center), or from people who don't actually go here (complaints about which insurance they don't take!?!) Dunno. Maybe she just does a great job with me, but she really does a great job with me! Well, my daughters too. So, yeah, they're even good with kids.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in because one of my lower back teeth randomly broke. At first they said I needed a root canal and a crown, but later found that it was just a normal cavity and no root canal was needed. Before we moved forward with a crown, the dentist wanted to make sure my lower wisdom teeth were removed.
A month went by and I was back in to get my wisdom teeth out. I was already terrified of the procedure and being at the dentist in general, but because my dentist said that he could do preform the procedure, I was going to be awake for the whole thing. "No need for an Oral Surgeon" were his exact words.
Laughing Gas and Novocaine helped me get through the next 3 FREAKING HOURS while this hack dug in the right side of my mouth trying to extract my wisdom tooth. It took my mom asking the nurse where I was and what was taking so long 4 times before they finally stopped the procedure because he was unable to reach it.
So now my mouth hurts, and my teeth are both still there. But the dentist reassured me that he would refer me to an Oral Surgeon and apologized for my troubles and refunded us for the prepaid portion of the extraction. I asked when the earliest time I could see the Oral Surgeon was and he fed me this bullshit answer that I needed to wait for this incision to fully heal before going to an Oral Surgeon.
Now two weeks go by and my wound is now infected for who knows what reason. (I wasn't smoking, I took my meds and rinsed my mouth as directed, ate healthy, and kept food off of that side of my mouth.)
The dentists answer for my infection was to give me a FEW more antibiotics and another load of pain killers.
Finally the time comes for me to see an Oral Surgeon and the first thing he asked me when I told him my teeth history was,
"Why did you wait so long to come into see me?"
He went on to explain to me that I could have come in THAT DAY instead of waiting a month and dealing with an infection from hell.
Now I am fuming because the quack at this dentists office had NO idea what he was doing or talking about. Unacceptable!

My experience was great. I called to get an appointment they were able to schedule me for the next day. I do not care for dentists but went in, the front desk person was very friendly and nice I only waited for maybe 2 minutes before I was called back. The hygienist was also very friendly making me feel more comfortable. Then was seen by Dr. J who was great, he made me laugh and that set my mind at ease. The procedure was quick and painless and most of all my tooth feels better. Needless to say, it was a great visit to a place I would feel comfortable going back to and working with their staff again. Thanks MWD!
