The owner Norm was friendly, helpful, and he has a great sense of humor. We arrived later than expected after a long day but we were more than happy to chat with him. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Free wifi and TV was included. Thanks for your great service!
Really nice people,a little out dates but really clean and they are about to put a Restaurant in, and also they have a Chargeing Station there.After Covid it was hard on every one and they made it through, and are trying to improve there motel, we should all try and help by staying there, and also it is right on the highway 1hour and Ten minutes outside Portauxbas.
Currently this place is closed but there is an EV charge point here. However, the motel has changed hands and is being renovated so watch this space!
I think this business is permanently closed, it looks dilapidated. There is a 62.5 KW EV charger here that worked very well. Forget getting a coffee while you wait, there isn't even a bathroom.
Rode through here 2018 was pitch black, bugs relentless. Got off the ferry and had no clue where i would stay, to see the day light. Rode till I could not see anything and popped into this place. Never in my life was happier to see a bed site! Not only did they help me out but treated me like family twice on the return back home as well as well as gave me tips of things to come. Would not hesitate a moment to stay here again and I'm coming again. True people with real hearts cant wait to see you again and hope you are there still.
