Because of impossible deductibles and just plain huge amount of money that you have to pay each month , my brother had to stitch his own arm! Read on ... If u r going here then you should not complain. You must have some sort of free health care going on. And if you ARE paying then it would be about $800 for a full set of blood tests for let's say checking for anemia. So guess what? My wife just has to guess and diagnos her self! So don't complain with your free health care. Because people with jobs and make a little money that goes all away anyways on bills don't even go to the doctor at all! If you are going here you must have some sort if free health care going on? Or why go here? With the huge wait time? Maybe you don't have a car? Ok that's understandable. This is what we you get with so called Affordable Care Act, ha! what a joke. My whole family used to be able to go to the doctor, and NOW we can't even go to this place! So stop complaining. Growing up I waited till I got insurance from work and it had no deductables because people did not abuse it. Or, If I had medicade with everthing free anyways I could see any docter I could get to. They really screwed things up with the heathcare system. Now my wife child over 18 on her own and my brothers have NO health insurance. Obama care is useless $400 a month with $10,000 you have to pay 1st. So guess what? No one goes to the doctor at all.

HORRIBLE WAIT TIME. I work at a dental office we truly do not let our patients sit in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes! If it's longer than that they give a gift card to those patients! It would be nice if you were seen at your appointment time, if not then a call to me when they can actually see me would be nice. Im so pissed. This waiting game is ridiculous.

I started going to this clinic during my pregnancy last year Oct-march & not once, not twice but 3 times they made my appointment at the front desk, gave me my appointment card & when I'd come in for my appointment they say "you are not on the list for appointments today. HOW!? if I had proof of my appointment card??? & even though It was THEIR mistake they wouldn't let me get in real quick to see a doctor. Because of that I did not see a doctor during my last month & a half of my pregnancy. Also, THEY NEVER PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE. There are times where I call at least 3 times and either im on hold for a half hour or they just don't pick up. Now I have to go in personally just to make an appointment.

Worst clinic I have ever been to! The wait here is absolutely ridiculous! And it's even worse when there is barely any patients here. All you here is the staff talking. When they finally call you back the rooms are damn near empty and all the nurses and doctors in there rooms chatting it up. And then they spend a whole 5 seconds with you. Makes no sense. Having to wait here with children is a nightmare, being pregnant is even worse! I've fallen asleep in their waiting room and they've forgotten about me. When you ask about how long it's going to take they act as if you are inconveniencing them. Worst clinic ever! Don't go here!

Regardless of how behind the doctors are with scheduling, they ask questions, dig into the patients well-being and don’t make me feel rushed. The wait times are unpleasant but I feel my care is much more thorough.
