I'm not sure where to leave this review. I bought a brand new Surface Pro 9 from the Microsoft online store. They left it on my front porch a day early, when I was away from home. An expensive product was left out in the open, exposed to the elements. I spoke to the delivery company and they explained that Microsoft's shipping policy is not to require a signature. I'm disappointed that Microsoft does not value the product I buy with more care. While it may be a trivial item to them, this was hard-earned for me and I had wished Microsoft would not use such a careless shipping policy.
Worst Customer Support Service ever created. If you have any issues with any of their products and cannot access Microsoft help online to fix the problem. You are on your own and It would be faster to either reinstall your software or operating system or purchase a different product from another company, because Microsoft doesn't believe in supporting it's customers.
Need tech support for email and could not get anywhere at all. Worst company customer service I have ever seen in my life. You can’t even get a human, they just redirect you constantly. Horrible experience and service. I would give zero stars if I could. Worst company ever. Pointless trying to receive email support from Microsoft. They want you to have email with them however they refuse to support there own system.
If I could leave negative stars I would. Trash customer service! Absolute garbage! I’ve been trying to cancel my Xbox Live subscription for months now! I can’t retrieve my login details and without them it’s impossible to speak to a representative! I want help from a human being not a robot. I also don’t want to pay for something I don’t use!
Not sure where to leave a review for microsoft in general but the outsourced phone customer service to get a product you're paying for monthly is awful. You can sometimes get lucky with the right technician but today i had an hour call with a tech that had zero clue and was unable to transfer me.

Hi This is Tazzio Calderoni, and I would like to mention my experience upgrading my windows 7 to 10. Was terrible, now my computer is not working, my files disappeared. At the beginning was very exited to upgraded my computer, but when I tried to opened, took long time to got in, one time I got in, I noticed all my files disappeared, and then when I tried to got the internet, was too complicated, I didn't like the windows, and weren't very easy to manage, when suddenly, it got me out for restarting again, and was when my computer never came back. The scream is black all the time, I waited hours and nothing happened, now I don't know what to do, how to get my files back. Hopefully you get and answer for that.
Garbage customer service. Kept putting me on hold while I was talking, unhelpful, and hung up on me
