I bought an Xbox one S 2 months and recently it started lagging when playing games. I took it in and was told that it was an issue with frame dropping. They offered to give me a refurbished console which I felt was not fair as I bought it brand new just 2 months ago and it was a defective product. I asked for a brand new one but was told no. Spoke to the manager and she said she couldn't do anything cause it's against policy and proceeded to say that if I want to go buy a PS4 to go buy that instead. I have been loyal to Microsoft but after this experience I have lost trust in the brand. The quality of the products have declined and so has their customer service. I am warning anyone considering getting Microsoft product do not buy the products. Built not to last and their managers will not making any exceptions to policies and would rather lose your business. I expected better from a multi billion dollar company.

Purchased a keyboard and lost the USB part. Came in to ask for assistance and after explaining I was asked if I had contacted the manufacturer.... I was dumbstruck for a second because I was at a Microsoft store asking about a Microsoft keyboard. Anyway apparently Microsoft can't give USB part or sell, so a 120$ keyboard is basically trash now. Great way to make money!

I think this Microsoft store is my favourite now. Excellent service provided fast and professionally. And with warm personal attitude it makes the place just the right one. Highly recommend it.

Bought a keyboard and mouse, good price and good staff and very informative, the service was very fast, highly recommend this microsoft store
