Good beer, kind and knowledgeable waiter, and great food. The gnocchi, fish and chips, and beef tartare were all yummy. Excellent place for lunch. Kid-friendliness: The waiter was really kind with our daughter, suggesting a good dish for her.

I went for wings and beer and ended up having a great night with everyone there . Great beer , great staff and all around fun !

Food was excellent ,service was deficient,the cooks in the kitchen were going full speed but the waiters could not keep up ,nor did they seem interested in doing their job.Respect to the cook ,the food was flawless,the beer was very nice too.Will come back to review again .
Mont Laurier is often our destination for a bike ride from Ottawa. This is our lunch spot. Good food and good service.
Once arrived, with reservation, needed to wait before being seated in a not so crowded restaurant... tables and chairs are extremely old school. Waited 30 minutes before had to tell hubby to order from the bar since no one had come to see us... food: I had fettuccine with seafood; was very good, hubby had fish and chips.... fish batter was extremely greassy to the point that not eatable.... he also asked for no salad as supplied in the plate and got exactly no salad but very few fries where he had to order an extra.... bathrooms are definitely not handicapped adapted. Need to pass in front of all the doors before getting to the handicapped stall and no hand rails or high rise toilet... other then little ramp on outside, no handicapped availability.
We were there recently. The beer is fine but the food is not so good. Do not expect much from it and do not take the BBQ chicken wings, it tastes like they burned soul out of it and then kept it in the salt mines for a century at least - no chicken/sauce taste, dry as hell and too salty
Drove 2 hours specifically to buy some beer and eat some food from this place. Upon arrival we were told they're too busy for takeout. But we could eat at a table? What's the difference?? We have money, you have food. Serve your customers. We couldnt leave our dog in the car so we couldn't sit at a table. Anyway these guys ruined our road trip and I would not recommend them to anyone. Plenty of good restaurants or micro breweries that have good customer service.
